People have different religions, so don't bully because they might be different!!

WE ALL love family

WE ALL love friends

WE ALL love being loved

WE ALL \have beliefs

So WHY  do we make fun of fellow humans

Now some of yall will see this and think that I am just saying this just to use space on this blog.

But no i really want you to think,  how many people in history would be an example of a bully if they where in school now?  Hitler??? Most Kings and Royals!!! Even men,      because isn't saying that women can't vote  bullying ?? I mean come on, yall think!!! so many bullies can be famous one day, NOT because they are amazing BUT  because they treated someone/lots of people  poorly

Treat others as you would like to be treated.  We all will stand and answer to a higher power.  One of my favorites; "I'm not responsible how others treat me, but responsible how I treat others."  No one should think themselves above others, we are all God's children.

Bullying: A Poem From A Silent Victim.

I call us ‘silent victims’ for two reasons.

 

#1. Most bully victims do not tell anybody about the painful experiences they are facing whether out of embarrassment, fear, or both. Which is very sad in looking back.

 

#2. Silent because nobody seems to stand up for us. At least back in my day the teachers, bus drivers, passerbyers both children and adults would see but never intervene to help me out. They kept silent. For this, I know I would never keep silent myself, and would always, without hesitation, turn to the aid of any child, adult, or victim in need.

 

The silent victim screams out for help in his or her heart, but rarely does anyone answer those cries. Nobody who bullies could possibly realize the toll that their words and their actions have on another human being. Not just for now, but for always. Being ‘cool’ at the stake of somebody’s life. Is it really worth it?

 

We need to stop the hurting and start supporting. We need to band together not pull apart and tear one another down. We are ALL human beings. We are ALL equal!

 

No child can help the way that they look, the voice that they have, the clothes they are bought, the glasses they must wear, the disabilities they face, the slurring of their speech, the extra pounds that they carry, (or perhaps the exact opposite), their sexual preference. Etc. etc. etc. There is no perfect person on this planet. People need to start looking into hearts instead of the external.

 

I wrote this poem today that likely will hit home to most bully victims, though it feels all my own when I think back on it and reflect on how being bullied changed my life, and ruined a large chunk of it. It maybe made me a more compassionate person, but what a stiff price to pay.

 The Victim

 

Your stares they cut like razor blades, your words they struck me to the core,

You took away my childhood, I wasn’t Shelly myself anymore.

 

The extrovert who loved to dance, as all eyes watched me twirl and twirl,

Suddenly that person died, a lost and lonely little girl.

 

Your evil chants and vicious lies, are still embedded in my brain,

At 36 I still wonder where would I be if you refrained?

 

More confident in who I am, less anxious when I’m in a crowd,

I swear sometimes I hear a laugh, and think that it’s still at me now.

 

You easily moved on through life, not thinking of the life you stole,

You likely don’t remember me, but I’m the conscience in your soul,

 

I hope you teach your children right, and pray they don’t turn out the same,

Your bullying still follows me, but yet to you was just a game.

This poem is dedicated to Jasmine McCain, a 10 year old who committed suicide after repeatedly being bullied in Columbus NC. (Local to my neighborhood)-- My point is, no matter who they are, they have a weakness, and it would be awful to be the reason someone ended their life. I am 14, and in my school, bullying is powerful. It's ruining us. We're now segregated into groups of race, skin tone, imperfections, size etc. It has gone too far... It's a scary, cold place.. but keep your head up

Until It's Too Late

Walking through the school yard,

And sickened by what I see..

All this hatred,

But nothing that surprises me.



Innocent people hated,

Because of who they are.

They wear long sleeves,

To cover up their scars.



How could you make someone hate their selves so much,

They want to feel pain?

What this world has come to,

Is such a shame.



The Words You Say Neglect them..

But the bully doesn’t care, because

It doesn’t affect them.



They lay at night,

And they think about all the things you say..

They honestly can't go on even another day.



How do you sleep at night?

Knowing you're the reason

Someone else wants to end their life?



You're hurting them, because

Of what they look like.

All you do is laugh,

When they start to cry



No-one tries to stop them,

until it's too late.

They thought that that was the only way,

The only way to escape.



ARE YOU HAPPY NOW? NOW THAT THEY ARE GONE?!

Died for NO REASON, and did NOTHING WRONG.

You feel better now?

You wanted them to fall,

They're gone now, and it's too late because of the quiet ones who saw..

So think about it….. Yeah

Someone's life ended

Because of what you and your friends did

S T O P . Just stop… Please? S T E P. U P

Y'all think this is a game, Right ?.. Wrong. this is sad reality.

This goes out to the people who lost a friend. Who lost a cousin. Classmate or ANYONE they have met. Words hurt. and so does the blade.


She Only Wanted To Be Happy

Words Words

B**ch and wh**e

The girl runs away

she slams the door

she takes a knife

and cuts her skin

remembering how screwed up her life has been

she leans to the toilet

throws up to be thin

at school all she has is a grin

She cuts, cuts, cuts some more

Screaming in pain, blood on the floor

People call her emo people laugh at her face

But they haven't even tried to be in her place

Her dad just died, her mom has depression

her brother has to go through a therapy session

Why can't people see? that grin is a lie

everything's done for her, her life's slowly fading by

Bloods dripping on the floor, she's screaming in pain

she can't eat because that means more weight to gain

She wishes to be perfect she says it's not fair

she says she hears people talking about her hair

She cuts it all off, her soul has been broken

but she never told anyone, her words were never spoken

She takes the rope, hangs herself in the dark

She no longer has a beating heart

Her friends fall to the ground

when they hear the word "She's dead"

Her brother cries as he sleeps in her bed

She is gone

She is done

Just because of people. making fun.

She's buried on a Saturday,

people start crying

all because that one girl stopped trying.



so before judging someone on their weight or their clothes

their laugh their talk their hair or their nose

Just take a moment to realize and see

Everyone is not always who they seem to be.
